The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Ex twice world heavyweight champion Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth disparity - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I will injure his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead targeted former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua refused to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's greatest commercial attractions, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in round four or five and stated he would derail the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As the two fighters engaged in the customary stare-down, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it highlighted just how surprising this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
